From the first time we inquired about the Aliner (or to be Canadian “Eh-liner”) via email to driving it off the lot hitched to our Dodge mini van, Evan was nothing less than amazing. If possible, I would give 10 stars rather than 5. We live in Whitehorse and everything was done via phone and email. Responses were almost immediate. Last week we headed down the Alaska Highway with two dogs in tow, to pick up our LXE. While in Edmonton we were back and forth to Pulse RV over the next few days and Evan was always welcoming, thorough and patient as we learned our way around our new camper. By the way, it was a great trip back north and the Aliner was an excellent choice for us #gladimnotinatentanymore

My partner and I went to the Edmonton RV expo looking for a pop-up camper. We fell in love with the A-liner campers and Pulse RV seemed to be the only store there that carries them. Evan Manning was our sales rep and is also the manager of the Edmonton location. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Super honest, down to earth and accommodating which made us feel great about our purchase. I'm very weary of sales people in general but with Evan I didn't have my hackles up once. Would strongly recommend Pulse RV for both their selection and customer service.

Colton and Evan helped us secure our dream RV, the Jayco Eagle. Not only were they very laid back (which made purchasing much more comfortable) but they were SO helpful. Colton literally did a virtual walk through for us to show us every nook, cranny and seam, and how the Eagle was in remarkable shape for a slightly older and used RV. After that he drove the thing from Edmonton to Grande Prairie in the snow to deliver it to us because we haven't even purchased a truck yet and wont be ready to until closer to spring. He squeezed this monster trailer between the house and fence like a pro and stuck around a little extra to let my wife show up and ask questions for peace of mind even though he had a five hour journey back before he could even call it a day. I'm not sure that level of service can be matched! They run a good operation at PulseRV.

We recently had some major work done to repair the hail damage on our horse trailer. My husband & I were extremely impressed with the quality of work, attention to detail & the impeccable service we received (in particular from Chris, Ryan & Cory). Prior to any work being done they ALWAYS called us and gave us an estimate, we then decided what got done! No surprises on the bill! We would highly recommend this business!

I have a 12 year old camper and had a hard time finding a part Chris from Pulse RV not only found the part but was able to get it very cheap and with no shipping. Great service!

We drove by and we r looking for an upgrade went to place next door no customer service and there were several sales people at desks we were met by Colton at pulse very friendly told him what we r looking for very informative all staff so friendly talked about trailer we have now he showed us trailers and explained what they could offer very comfortable informative interaction manager very friendly as well would go back and recommend to others in a heart beat

It's a 2000km round trip for me to visit Pulse, so Ryan batched all the warranty work to a single trip, and accommodated my travel schedule.

After a long year of searching for a used truck at a reasonable price for our farm, it was Heartland that had a truck that fit the bill. Griff Jarvis was the person I dealt with. Now I purchased the vehicle prior to having my own inspection done. Once the inspection was done some minor issues did come up and without hesitation Griff offered to help with cost of repairs. Now remember in Alberta there is no cooling off period like other provinces so he had no obligation to do anything. Regardless of that his integrity dictated they help.
